For over a decade, I've worked inside higher education helping students find their footing — not just academically, but in figuring out who they want to become. As a dean and advisor, I've sat across from hundreds of people at the exact moment they needed someone to believe their goals were possible and help them build a real path toward them.That work changed how I think about growth. It's rarely a straight line, and it's rarely something people do alone. Coaching became the natural next step: a way to bring that same close, structured support to creatives, academics, and anyone whose ambitions outpace their executive function.My approach is collaborative, not prescriptive. I don't hand out advice.
